The company provides deterministic automation of high-friction business processes including invoice verification, contract risk classification, compliance record generation, and case routing. Our platform operates through domain-specific pipelines that output completed, validated business work units with full auditability.
Not subject to professional regulations: As a software automation provider (not a legal, financial, or medical advisory service), AccelEx is not subject to professional chamber regulations under German or EU law. However, we comply with applicable data protection, e-commerce, and platform liability frameworks including GDPR, UK DPA, and CCPA.

Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (EU/EEA): The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. AccelEx is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under German § 36 VSBG as we are a B2B enterprise provider. Consumer contracts are not part of our standard offering.

Our commercial product is a workflow outcome service: invoices ready for payment, contracts ready for approval, compliance records fully auditable. Pricing is attached to units of completion, not API calls or compute time.
