Acceptable Use Requirements

You must ensure your use of AccelEx complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • All applicable data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, etc.)
  • Industry-specific regulations (GLBA, HIPAA where applicable, FCRA, etc.)

You shall not circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms. You shall not resell or sublicense the Service without a separate written agreement.

Prohibited Use Cases

The following use cases are prohibited unless you have obtained explicit written approval from AccelEx legal and compliance teams:

  • Processing of biometric data for identification without explicit notice and consent
  • Real-time surveillance of protected classes or political/religious affiliation tracking
  • Any use in connection with illegal gambling, unlicensed lending, or predatory financial services
  • Processing of data from minors under 13 years of age without COPPA-compliant parental consent

⚠️ Violation Consequences

Immediate suspension or termination of Service. For severe violations (CSAM, terrorism, active fraud), AccelEx will notify law enforcement without prior notice. Repeat violations result in permanent ban and potential legal action.

🔍 Monitoring & Detection

AccelEx employs automated content filtering and anomaly detection across processed workflows. We do not proactively monitor all customer data, but we investigate reports, compliance flags, and suspicious patterns.

📋 Reporting Violations

To report suspected violations of this Policy, email abuse@accelexpress.com or use our trust & safety portal. Reports may be anonymous but include sufficient detail for investigation.

✧ What AccelEx Sells — And Why This Policy Matters

AccelEx provides completed, validated business work units derived from unstructured inputs: invoices ready for payment approval, contracts parsed and risk-scored, support cases summarized and routed, compliance records fully structured and auditable. We do not sell generic AI processing; we sell deterministic automation of high-friction business processes where accuracy, compliance, and auditability are mandatory.

This Acceptable Use Policy ensures that the integrity of every processed work unit remains intact. Malicious or illegal inputs corrupt the trust layer that AccelEx guarantees. Customers who violate this Policy compromise not only their own outcomes but the operational reliability of the entire system. We enforce these rules strictly because our product is resolution of enterprise work, not interpretation of data — and resolution requires clean, lawful inputs.
